Here you'll find what we make for home cooking: heat-at-home dishes, frozen ingredients, simple recipe kits, and seasonal foods. Made in-store, from proper ingredients — tastes good, does you good, and fits into everyday life.
What's good this February
Plum blossom is opening — the first sign of spring in Japan. We're celebrating with our ume menu: pickled plums, umeshiso furikake for sprinkling on rice, sour and salty and perfect in onigiri or on warm rice.
And because rhubarb is in season here, we've made our own rhubarb "ume" — a local twist on the Japanese classic. Same tangy brightness, grown right here.
It's Pancake Day month too. We're celebrating with okonomiyaki bundles — Osaka's favourite comfort food, ready to make at home. Savoury pancakes, loaded with cabbage, topped with all the good stuff. A cosy February night in, sorted.
